Family Roster & Medical Editor
Pick a household to view or edit its roster — names, birthdays, relationships, and each person's medical details. This is the same data families fill out themselves; edits here overwrite theirs, so use it to help a household that's stuck.
Post announcements for every household. A good rhythm: the 1st and 15th of each month.

💵 Deposit Reminders
Automatic: every unpaid household is reminded 30, 14, 7, 3 and 1 day(s) before November 1, on the day, and weekly while overdue — by email, push and text (whatever each person turned on), each with their own outstanding amount. Need one right now? This sends the same reminder immediately to every household that still owes its $150 deposit.
Who gets it: everyone who turned a channel on in their Notifications tool. Push reaches phones that installed the portal (Add to Home Screen). Try Settings → 🔔 Send me a test first.

💵 How Every Household's Total Is Figured
Totals below update automatically as families fill out their rosters — nothing to type.
Ages are figured as of reunion day — August 27, 2027. A roster member without a birthday counts at the adult rate until one is added. Households can pay any amount at any time; they see this same breakdown, member by member, on their own Payments page.
🔒 Deposit lock: starting November 2, 2026, any household that hasn't paid its $150 deposit can sign in but sees only its Payments page until the deposit is in. A PayPal payment unlocks it instantly; so does recording a cash/check/Zelle payment below with Record Payment (it syncs to their portal within a minute). Households get automatic reminders at 30, 14, 7, 3 and 1 days before the deadline, on the day, and weekly while overdue.
PayPal Business Setup
1 · Payment link (start here): in PayPal go to Pay & Get Paid → Create Payment Links and Buttons, choose "Customers choose what to pay", name it "Legacy Family Reunion Dues", create it, copy the link (it looks like paypal.com/ncp/payment/XXXXXXXX) and paste it below. The portal shows each household the exact amount and copies it for them to paste on PayPal's page.
2 · Connect the family's PayPal (recommended — this is what records payments automatically): at developer.paypal.com → Apps & Credentials → Live → Create App, copy the Client ID and the Secret and paste both below, then press Connect PayPal. The portal checks them with PayPal, registers itself so every completed payment is reported straight to the server, and keeps the in-page PayPal / Venmo / card buttons on that Client ID. (Live Client IDs on this account start with BAA; Sandbox ones start with A — paste the Live one.)
PayPal Check-Up
Compares every payment PayPal received with what's recorded here. A payment made with the portal's own pay buttons is recorded on the spot when it's clear whose it is and PayPal's records confirm it isn't one the family's phone already logged. Everything else — money sent through the PayPal app or a payment link, a payer whose email isn't on a family profile, a refund, or a payment that looks like one already on file — shows below for you to attach, tie together, or dismiss. Nothing is ever added twice. Preview first shows what would happen without recording anything.
